Fresh Plums

Plums are common dried, but fresh plums are perfect to prepare a blend of greens. They have potassium and fiber, with a sweet touch that will create an exotic twist to your beverage. If you want to make it more exotic, mix plums with pineapple or bananas. This will add a different flavor to your drink.

These fruits are amazing for weight loss too.

Safflower oil is quite beneficial to patients suffering from type 2 diabetes. The goodwill however only extends to type 2 diabetes only. Those suffering from the other kind of diabetes are not lucky. The oil and its supplements have been known to destabilize blood sugar stability thereby interfering with diabetes management. Anyone suffering from diabetes should not assume that the oil will affect them in a positive way. Instead of putting your life in more danger, it would be wise to seek medical advice and assistance first.

For healthy living and for healthy teeth and gums, think before you eat and drink. It’s not only what you eat but when you eat that can affect your dental health. Eat a balanced diet and limit between-meal snacks. If you are on a special diet, keep your physician's advice in mind when choosing foods.

Actually, you should be referred to a dietitian, not just a nutritionist. Anyone by law can be called a "nutritionist" - but Registered Dietitian has the education to be qualified to help diabetics and others with meal plans. Short clarification. Thanks.

Your diabetes specialist should refer you to a nutritionist.
