I am having an abscessed tooth. My mouth and jaw are aching. I'm not able to eat anything as I'm experiencing pain while chewing. My gums are swollen and also bleeds in addition to bad breath. I used ice packs to get over the pain. But still, I am suffering from pain.[br][br]My friend told me that for an abscessed tooth and this kind of symptoms, root canal treatment is done. So he suggested me of getting a root canal treatment. I am planning to consult a dental clinic in Mississauga tomorrow. I've been trying to find more details about root canal treatment. Has anyone here done this treatment before? Is getting a root canal painful? Is it one-time treatment? How long will the procedure take? Please share your experience and opinion on this. Thanking you in advance.[br][br]

Yes it is worth it. As long as the result is that you have whiter teeth.
