To help prevent gum disease and preserve your oral health it is best to practice proper dental hygiene everyday. Poor oral hygiene, such as infrequent brushing and flossing, along with irregular visits to your dental health professional, are the most common causes of gingivitis. Nobody likes to think about losing their teeth, I suggest start taking care of your dental health everyday.

Dental implant will be suitable treatment for you. As you discussed, your dental health is very poor and you have need of proper treatment for that. You should visit at least once in a month to a dentist so that he could make you safe from any dental problem.

Normally gum diseases are because of taking hard food or excessive use of carbonated drinks. We don`t bother in common life while eating fast food but there are many things in it that can effect on your gums. I suggest to everyone that visit to a dentist after every 1 or 2 months for better cure. If you want then you may also consult online. I know some good dentists in Diaomd Bar who are providing free consultancy. If you want then I can fix an appointment for you.

Yes it is worth it. As long as the result is that you have whiter teeth.
