I hadn't been aware of the Tufts Dental Facility, which not only accepts patients with severe disabilities but provides a staff of 25 dentists who have undergone three years of additional training in serving a mentally handicapped population. It sounds like a great resource for the disabled. Unfortunately, one of the Facility's central clinics is slated to close in June for financial reasons. Some feel that the Facility's other clinics will be able to compensate, but others aren't so optimistic.[/p][p]What do you think about the proposed closure?[/p]
